firm acted as counsel in the structuring of the Hidromiel power
project, which is the first hydroelectric plant to be undertaken
with private sector participation in Colombia. In such capacity,
the firm assisted the client in the bidding process, in the negotiation
of the Power Purchase Agreement, the Shareholders Agreement and
the Trust Indenture Agreement. |
