PDVSA Gas S. A. 2006 - 2008	The firm acted as counsel for PDVSA Gas S.A. in all the legal aspects related with the construction, operation and start-up of the Interconnection Gas Pipeline between Colombia and Venezuela, as well as in other legal issues related with its activities in Colombia.
BNP Paribas - Natexis Banques Populaires 2006	The firm acted as counsel of Natexis Banques Populaires in structuring a joint credit facility in favor of an oil company.
Santander Investment 2004- 2006	The firm was the legal advisor of this investment bank, contracted by National Government for the sale of its participation in ECOGAS, which concluded with the sale of the assets, rights and contracts of the company to the Empresa de Energía de Bogotá S.A. ESP. The transaction, which added up to a total of US$1.426’082.000,oo, has been the largest privatization in Colombia to date.
GBS Finanzas S.A 2005	The firm advised GBS Finanzas S.A. in the sale of 75% of the capital stock of Transcogas S.A ESP to Empresa de Energía de Bogotá.
GBS Finanzas 2004	The firm advised GBS Finanzas S.A. in the acquisition of 75% of the capital stock of Transcogas S.A ESP to Gas Natural S.A. ESP.
Ecopetrol 2002-2003	The firm acted as counsel for Ecopetrol in relation to the analysis of the viability of an arbitration procedure to resolve the differences which arose in the supply of gas compression services in the Ballena field, in the Guajira A. Association Contract.
Ecopetrol 2001-2002	The firm acted as counsel for Ecopetrol in connection with the legal structuring required in order to implement article first of Law 681 of 2001 (hereinafter “Law 681”) regarding the distribution system for oil-derivative liquid fuels for the departments located in frontier areas in order to assign or contract said function.
Ecopetrol 2001	This job consisted of studying some of the guarantees used by Ecopetrol in the course of its commercial activities as contractor-seller of its products, in order to back its active commercial credit operations.

Confedegas 1999-2000	The firm prepared a legal opinion seeking to have a bidding process opened by Fiduciaria Popular to contract cylinder and stationary tank maintenance, repair, destruction and replacement services, among others, declared void
TransCanada Energía Colombia S. A. E.S.P. 1999	The firm prepared a report for TransCanada on the legal framework governing the complementary marketing activity of fuel gas in Colombia.
GHK Company 1998	The firm provided legal advice to GHK Company in relation to the specific scopes of certain aspects of the association contract signed with Ecopetrol.
Inverlink 1997	The firm advised Inverlink S.A., which was retained for the privatization of ECOPETROL and its affiliate Explotaciones Cóndor’s shareholdings in Promigas S. A. ESP, which were acquired by Enron Corporation. Amount of the Transaction: US$100’000.000.00.
Inversora Arlloz 1995:	The firm acted as legal counsel for Inversora Arlloz Ltda., one of the Colombian shareholders in the company TransGas de Occidente S. A., in the structuring of the issue of secured notes, in the amount of US$240’000.000.oo.
