Departamento Nacional de Planeación- United Nations Development Program – UNDP. 2002-2004	The firm headed the corporate governance test project which was part of the project on “Incorporation of Institutional and Risk Investors in Infrastructure Projects”, which resulted in the drafting of a model code on corporate governance for Colombian public sector companies and the preparation and implementation of the Good Corporate Governance Code of the Electrificadora de Santander S.A. E.S.P. Additionally, the firm prepared the document containing the conceptual framework of corporate governance as part of the project on “Incorporation of Institutional and Risk Investors in Infrastructure Projects” designed by the Departamento de Planeación Nacional through the United Nations Development Program – UNDP.
Bancafé 2003	Within the process of incorporation of private resources in Bancafé S.A., in which we acted as legal counsel, we have also began the process of designing a new Good Corporate Governance Code for Bancafé.
Telecom 2003	Currently, and after acting as legal counsel in the project which resulted in the liquidation of Telecom and the associated companies and in the creation of Colombia Telecomunicaciones S.A. E.S.P., the firm is in the process of designing Good Corporate Governance Code for Colombia Telecomunicaciones S.A. E.S.P and the dissemination of that Code inside the company.
